First things first: The internet raises my blood pressure.
That's an oversimplification, of course, but apparently I'm "doing Way Too Much" and need to cut down on unnecessary stressors. I'm not actually sure why, exactly, this is a problem, since my blood pressure is ordinarily so low that, according to my GP, I should spend most of my time unconscious. Don't argue with the GP, though. They don't like that.
The upshot is that, after consideration and discussion, we decided that at least part of the problem was the sheer amount of time I spend on the internet. It deprives me of time I could spend doing other things, which in turn deprives m
